Mining companies, holders of mining leases or mining concessions, must
prepare and transmit information on the quantity and value of ore, as well
as the rights paid by mines, under the Mining Tax Act.
This year, to produce your report, we ask you to use the Excel
spreadsheet available on the FTP site of GESTIM. You must send by
November 15, 2023, the duly completed form by email to the following address:
services.mines@mrnf.gouv.qc.ca
We strongly suggest that you save the file
on your computer.
